Description:
ISO 18692-3-2020 High Modulus Polyethylene Fibre Ropes For Offshore Station Keeping is made of high-tenacity High Modulus Polyethylene fibre,wih an average tenacity not less than 2.5 N/tex.It shall comprise a rope core,providing intended strength and stiffness,and a cover.The minimum core tenacity shall be 1.3N/tex.The material of rope cover and other material employed in rope shall be in accordance with ISO18629-1.It shall have types of construction as torque-neutral or torque matche which will be specified by the purchaser.TF type is intended for use in mooring systems together with chain or torque-neutral sprial strand wire ropes.TM type is intended for use in mooring systems together with six-strand wire ropes or other torque-neutral wire ropes.
