20mm Polyethylene Covered Fishery Ropes For Pelagic Fishing / Marine Farming
Description:
This 20mm polyethylene-covered fishery rope is specifically designed for pelagic fishing and marine farming, made from high-quality polyethylene material. It features high tensile strength, capable of withstanding heavy loads and high pressures in harsh environments, ensuring reliability in pelagic fishing and marine farming. The polyethylene rope offers excellent abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance, able to withstand erosion from seawater, marine organisms, and other harsh conditions, thereby extending its service life. The fishery rope is treated with UV resistance, maintaining its strength and integrity under prolonged sunlight exposure and resisting aging, ensuring stable performance over long-term use. The polyethylene covering design provides good structural stability and durability, ensuring safety and reliability in various operational environments. It is suitable for pelagic fishing, trawling operations, and various marine farming projects. It can be used for making nets, suspending sinkers, connecting buoys, constructing mooring systems, and mooring fishing boats.

1.The reference number corresponds to the approximate diameter, in millimetres. 2.The linear density, in kilotex, corresponds to the net mass per length of the rope, expressed in grams per metre or in kilograms per kilometre. 3. The breaking forces relate to new, dry ropes. 4.When the rope fracture position including splice eye,the minimum breaking strength should be reduced 10%. 5. A force determined by the test methods specified in GB/T 8834 is not necessarily an accurate indication of the force at which that rope might break in other circumstances and situations. The type and quality of terminations, the rate of force application, prior conditioning and previous force applications to the rope can significantly influence the breaking force. A rope bent around a post, capstan, pulley or sheave may break at a significantly lower force. A knot or other distortion in a rope may significantly reduce the breaking force. |
